Obligation & Dominion is a framework of governance — its principles, practices, and its foundation rooted in household structure. The work presented here posits that a well-governed household is the fundamental unit of civilization, and that a man who governs his household with obligation, intentionality, and care has already demonstrated the essential competencies required for larger-scale governance.
These essays explore governance at every scale: the intimate, domestic, professional, communal, and political. This is not a lifestyle blog, nor is it a self-improvement platform or a manual for sexual dominance. It is an integrated examination of what it means to govern — oneself, one's household, one's enterprise, and one's community — through the union of obligation and dominion that fosters flourishing rather than tyranny. Indeed, this collective framework is built on a single conviction: full integration over compartmentalization. As Leonardo da Vinci advised, "Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else."
